  • Mondays @ 11:00 AM EST - 60 min

    Learn to perform CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) and expose your joints to their full range of accessible motion.

    In this class, guided by Zuri, you’ll move through low-impact mobility exercises also known as CARs: Controlled Articular Rotations (based on the FRC® joint mobility system). These exercises will help you explore your joint’s relationships to different yoga asanas as class progresses. Students are encouraged following along at their preferred energy level. (60 minutes)

    Suggested props for an optimum experience: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 strap or belt

    Biweekly class.

  • Fridays @ 11:00 am EST - 45 min

    Based on the Detour Method, led by Cecily Milne. This is a practice focused on infusing strength and stability into yoga asana.

    Join Zuri as each class is designed to be an intentional journey, focused on a specific asana or movement. You’ll be guided through mobility exercises which often include playful and explorative movements, for the purpose of facilitating self-inquiry. With your body’s own wisdom and through slow, progressive movements, you’ll find strength and stability in a flow of movement and asanas. (45 minutes)

    Suggested props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 strap or belt

  • Pop-Up Class | Dates TBA

    Need to relax after a long day? Join Ariel & Zuri for a gently invigorating yoga class.

    Class begins with a pranaya practice to help you release the day’s built-up energy. You’ll then move into a relaxed session infused with feel-good stretches, gentle asana, and mindful meditation at a slow & steady pace. (60 minutes)

    Props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 bolster (or 2 pillows)
