Breath & Mobility

This class blends breath awareness, joint mobility exercises, and yoga asana.
Here, you’ll practice CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations- based on the FRC® mobility system) which helps stimulate the joint capsule, improve range of motion, and reduce stiffness.
You’ll enhance your body’s relationship to different yoga postures as we thread mobility exercises with breath awareness and asana; a Vinyasa inspired practice.
This movement class progresses at a calm, steady pace, making it a great option for beginner practitioners looking for a place to begin.

Yoga Detour™
Fridays @ 11:00 am EST
Based on the Detour Method, by Cecily Milne, this class infuses strength and stability into your asana practice [and truly supplements any movement, sport, or activity you’re into!].
This class highlights foundational movements (similar to our Breath & Mobility class) which incrementally progress in power or intensity.
The class is also set at slow yet invigorating pace so that progressions are manageable and accessible to all practitioners and energy levels.
This class invites you to step fearlessly into discovery and playfulness to expand your strength in new ways.
