    This asana & mobility class blends breath work, mobility exercises, and yoga asana to help you gain a deeper understanding of your body's range of motion.

    You’ll learn how to guide your joints through their full range of (pain-free) motion by performing Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs), based on the FRC® joint mobility system. These exercises promote active mobility and support flexibility.

    With slow yet invigorating movements, you can enhance your relationship to the different yoga postures we may practice, nourishing your overall yoga practice.

    This class progresses at a steady pace, offering various options so that you may enjoy what feels most accessible and nourishing for your body.

  • Fridays @ 11:00 am EST - 50 min

    Based on the Detour Method, by Cecily Milne, this class infuses strength and stability into your yoga asana practice.

    Taking bits from our Breath & Mobility class, this session will focus on the building blocks of specific yoga poses and/or sequences with additional layers. We begin with foundational movements that incrementally progress in power to promote strength, stability, and confidence in movement.

    This class invites you to play with mindful strength and encourages the freedom to move at your own pace and intensity.
