About the classes:
Breath & Mobility • Mondays @ 11:00 am EST
This class begins with breath exercises followed by simple joint mobility exercises known as CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations- based on the FRC® mobility system). CARs help to stimulate our joint capsules, improve range of motion, and reduce stiffness.
These easy-to-understand movements will prepare the body further for different yoga asanas that will be practiced later in class.
In this class, you will enhance the way you understand your body’s movement capacity while learning fun and mindful ways to expand your mobility and experience yoga postures through a Vinyasa inspired practice.
This class progresses at a slow yet invigorating pace, making it a perfect option for beginner practitioners as well as a nourishing experience for all practitioners and movers.

Yoga Detour™ • Fridays @ 11:00 am EST
Based on the Detour Method, by Cecily Milne, this class will help you expand and maintain your strength building skills.
Prepare to explore the ways strength and stability can be built into your yoga asana practice (or any movement, sport, or activity you enjoy, tbh).
This class is often led at slow yet invigorating pace, making movement progressions manageable and accessible to all practitioners and energy levels.
Nevertheless, the Detour Method invites you to step fearlessly into self-discovery and playfulness as you expand your strength in new ways.
