  • Mondays @ 11:00 am EST - 60 min

    This class blends breath awareness, mobility exercises, and yoga asana.

    We’ll learn and practice Controlled Articular Rotations, aka CARs, which are joint-specific movements based on the FRC® joint mobility system. These exercises promote active mobility and support flexibility.

    With slow yet invigorating movements, you’re invited to enhance your relationship with different yoga postures, as we thread our mobility exercises along with asana and breath work.

    This class progresses at a steady pace so that you may choose the movements that feel most accessible and nourishing to your body.

    suggested props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 strap or belt

  • Fridays @ 11:00 am EST - 50 min

    Based on the Detour Method, by Cecily Milne, this class infuses strength and stability into a yoga asana practice.

    Taking bits from our Breath & Mobility class, this class begins with foundational movements that can incrementally progress in power or intensity to promote strength, stability, and confidence in movement.

    This class invites you to play with mindful strength while encouraging the freedom to move at your own pace and preferred level intensity. You are always in control.
